2BR 2BA Townhouse Walk to 4th Green

Our Lake Travis vacation rental has panoramic views of Lake Travis and Hill Country. The lower deck opens to 4th green on Point Venture golf course. The living room has a futon couch and chair that fold out to full size and twin bed. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, upstairs bedroom as two full size beds with access to upper deck. There is a cozy fireplace in living room as well as board games, puzzles, books and a TV & radio. There is a BarBQ pit outside and a Patio table that seats six for lunch/dinner, relaxation or watching the deer and golfers.

Point Venture is a gated community with a 50 acre park on the water for fishing, boating & fun. Boat owners can launch from two private launches.We have our own floating restaurant/bar called 'The Gnarly Gar'. Open every day during spring and summer months, open on the weekends during the winter months. 'The

Gnarly Gar' attracts local entertainment and visitors from all over the lake.

This was so relaxing and a very comfortable place to be. Reality is way better than the pictures. It is remote and very quite. Very family friendly.

Enjoy, enjoy!

A great property, clean and fully equiped. Well taken care off. We have been staying here already 3 times and are coming back again and again. A wonderfull community of Point Venture. Rides to the grocerystores, restaurants or things to-do seem a bit far but is getting used to very quick. Playing golf is just a joy so close and reasonably priced, also many enjoyable courses in the close vicinity are easily accessible.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

My grown daughter longed to go to the Austin City Limits Music Festival. The hotels were booked, expensive, and offered little. Though the drive from Point Venture into Austin was about 1 hour, we loved this spacious and well equipped townhouse. It afforded us a quiet morning and late evening after busy days at the festival. The tame deer that would eat apples from your hand was an experience that was unique. The view was extraordinary and I appreciated the security of a gated community.

We had a wonderful stay in Point Venture. The owners could not have been more helpful in organising the rental and making sure we had everything we needed during our vacation. The property itself was beautifully furnished and maintained with excellent amenities both in the house and the surrounding town.
