Located at the New Cedar River Village at Shanty Creek Resort, this brand new home is situated on the first Fairway of the 'Cedar River Golf Course' designed by Tom Weiskopf. Shanty Creek is one of Northern Michigan's most popular golf and ski resorts. The home is walking distance from the golf course and ski lifts. Cedar River Lodge is also within walking distance and provides casual and fine dining, as well as a pool and hot tub w/changing facilities. The ranch home with a walk out basement, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen and a garage, offers comfortable surroundings for large groups or families. The walk out basement opens up to beautiful views of the 1st hole of the Weiskopf course in the summer. In the winter months it is fun to go out and do some snowshoeing, sledding, and/or cross country skiing. In this non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, master bath with double sinks, over-sized shower, and Jacuzzi tub. 2nd BR with Queen bed. 3rd & 4th Bedroom with two twin beds. 5th Bedroom with Queen bed and bunk bed. Finished deck off living room with patio furniture. This deck overlooks the 1st Fairway and green. Garage for storage and car shelter in the winter. Golf at three other on property courses, including the 'Famous Legend' designed by Arnold Palmer. Several restaurants and pools available on the resort for your use.

Activities:: Area offers numerous activities; golf, skiing, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and numerous boating opportunities. Numerous daily activities included on site at Shanty Creek resort.

Area:: Centrally located, Shanty Creek is only 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and 40 minutes from Traverse City. Boating on the Chain of Lakes which includes beautiful Torch Lake(15 min. away) and Lake Bellaire (5 min. away) as well as Grassy River Nature Area. Turtle Creek Casino, local shopping in Alden and Bellaire and restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away.

Ski: Schuss Mountain ski hill is within walking distance of the home.

This house was great for our family reunion. The kids could hang out in the rec room and the adults got the living room. The house was beautiful and in a great location for skiing. We'd love to come back to enjoy the golfing!
