Amenities:: Gas Fireplace, air conditioning, full kitchen with all necessities: microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, all cookware and dishes, wash/dryer, linens and towels for baths and bathrooms, cable TV and DVD/VCR, fire pit with firewood provided, and many more homey amenities. Master bedroom with king-size bed, master bath with double sinks, over-sized shower, and Jacuzzi tub. 2nd BR with Queen bed. 3rd & 4th Bedroom with two twin beds. 5th Bedroom with Queen bed and bunk bed. Finished deck off living room with patio furniture. This deck overlooks the 1st Fairway and green. Garage for storage and car shelter in the winter. Golf at three other on property courses, including the 'Famous Legend' designed by Arnold Palmer. Several restaurants and pools available on the resort for your use.
Activities:: Area offers numerous activities; golf, skiing, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and numerous boating opportunities. Numerous daily activities included on site at Shanty Creek resort.
Area:: Centrally located, Shanty Creek is only 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and 40 minutes from Traverse City. Boating on the Chain of Lakes which includes beautiful Torch Lake(15 min. away) and Lake Bellaire (5 min. away) as well as Grassy River Nature Area. Turtle Creek Casino, local shopping in Alden and Bellaire and restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away.
Ski: Schuss Mountain ski hill is within walking distance of the home.
