Bathrooms remodeled with Italian tiles and granite counters. Custom designed/made furnishings from Porta Bella in Beverly Hills. Professionally faux painted throughout. Extra large living and dining area which seats six. 50' flat screen TV above fireplace. 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds, private bathroom, and 48' flat screen with DVD player. High chair and Laura Ashley pack n' play available.

Best views of sunsets and mountains in Palm Valley with a lake in front. Took me 2 years to find the perfect location on the 17th tee! Golf Cart available with deposit. Large patio with BBQ.

Beautiful health spa and fitness center, junior Olympic swimming pool, 16 lighted tennis courts, golf on either the championship or challenge courses, driving range, three putting greens and a pitching green.

This is my home away from home so it is very cozy and warm with the highest quality of furnishings, decor, and all the little extras you will find!

Great PVCC property! Wonderful owner!!

We have rented many properties in the PVCC community for our kids sports activities, and this is by far the nicest property we've rented. Anastasia could not have been nicer or more helpful. The house is right around the corner from the clubhouse, so we just used the golf cart & never had to use our car. The location is great...close to the action, but on a quiet, single loaded portion of the street, and it sits on the golf course too.

The interior is designer gorgeous, and the floor plan is very well laid out too.

Beautiful home with the full amenity package

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for the entire month of July 2011. We felt so "at home" here. This home was spectacularly furnished, one of the best views in the development, and use of a top of the line golf cart with full club privileges. The pictures don't do it justice, but everything was as advertised.

It can't get any better at Palm Valley.

The owner was very responsive and friendly and home was very well maintained.

We'll rent this home again as soon as we can.

What a GREAT place

I have been visitng Palm Desert for over 20 years. This is by far the best rental home I have stayed in while in Palm Desert. The location was PERFECT. Close to the clubhouse yet nice and quite. Great patio for entertaining. Beautiful setting on the 17th tee of the Championship course (par 3). You also get to watch the approach on number 16. Golf cart was great. Decor in unit awesome. Beds were all very comfortable. Everything included down to the pool towels! WiFi worked great. Absoultely no negatives on this unit. Very modern and up to date. We traveled with another family and they rented another unit in Palm Valley Country Club; no comparison as it was dated and just not the same quality. For selfish reasons I almost hate to give this unit such a glowing report as when my family and I revisit we will want to stay in this unit and will not want it to be rented. The owner was excellent to deal with and always available if needed. You will have absolutely ZERO regrets if you rent this unit. I doubt there is a nicer one in the country club. Speaking of the country club this unit came with a platinum membership which gives you access to discounted golf on either of the TWO courses within the country club (championship course and shorter challenge course- par 3's and 4's). Also access to the workout facilities, high quality tennis courts. Ollie the tennis pro is fabulous. Once highly ranked in the world he gives great lessons. Also the tennis pro shop coordinates tennis matches with local players so there is always something to do. You must do "Pasta Night" at the clubhouse. Fabulous dinner- create your own pasta while the chef cooks it for you. All you can eat. Desert. All for about 20 bucks. Palm Valley Country Club is one of the best, if not the best country club in the desert. Have fun; we always do.
