Third floor: Plan to watch the sunrise and sunset from the wrap-around porch while relaxing on gorgeous furniture on this level. You will also find a spacious family room complete with comfortable sofa and chairs and with a large flat-screen TV, and powder room. The open gourmet kitchen comes complete with stainless professional appliances including a two door refrigerator with through the door water & ice, two ovens (one that is convection/microwave), super quiet Bosh dishwasher, a large gas cook top and a separate ice maker. The kitchen is designed with custom granite countertops, special lighting, professional grade pots and pans, and an ample supply of dishes, glasses and gadgets. There is a large dining table in the dining area plus bar stools around the granite counter. Powder room is accessible from this family room area.
2 Bedrooms on third floor: One bedroom on this floor provides a luxurious island retreat complete with a queen-sized bed and TV/DVD player. The additional bedroom contains two twin beds as well as another TV/VCR combo. Beautifully furnished, these rooms have a connecting full bath with double sinks.
3 bedrooms on Second floor: The master suite has a king sized bed, a very large walk-in custom fitted closet, mounted flat-screen television, a sitting area with sofa bed and chair. The wrap-around private deck from the master suite has amazing views and beautiful new, comfortable outdoor furniture. The master suite also has its own spacious bathroom with separate large shower, double sinks and a whirlpool tub.
Also on this second floor you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own TV/DVD combo. These rooms are connected by a full bathroom with double sinks and custom stone countertops.
There is a large laundry room on this floor with full sized washer, dryer and ironing area.
First floor: Get ready to have fun in the game room located on this floor. Complete with a large TV that is also ready for video games - this is a retreat for kids of all ages. This room opens onto what is likely to be the most used part of the house -- the large private pool with fountain. Beautiful landscaping, a private outside shower, luxurious seating and a gas Ducane grill complete the setting for this special feature of the home.
This house has a two-car garage, elevator and is located just minutes from the beach.
