It's time to kick off your shoes, relax and get away from everyday. And The Pelican's Elbow is the vacation home to help you do just that. It has everything you need for that relaxing week at the seashore, including a large private swimming pool and patio - great for morning coffee instead of a morning commute. Don't be crammed into a cramped condo. This beautiful home with its nautical decor, largest in the neighborhood, is perfect for large families or groups. You have room to stretch out (2020 square feet), with a large living room, four bedrooms, two baths, a spacious family room, full kitchen and full laundry room. The large master bedroom features a king size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, and private bath. The Kahuna and Palm bedrooms both have queen beds, TV/VCR and alarm clocks just in case you don't want to sleep in some morning. The Twin bedroom features two twin beds and TV/VCR. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. There are two queen sleeper sofas in separate living/family rooms.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $775- $1775/Week
  • Rental rates are for up to 8 people. The home sleeps up to 12, so add $50/week ($10/night) per additional person over age 2.

    We welcome responsible student groups with a security deposit of $750 and a $90 cleaning fee.

    A cleaning fee of $90 will be charged for rentals of less than a full week.

    Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11.5% FL tax, and a $500 security deposit (additional $250 if use of golf cart is desired) are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Security deposits will be refunded 2-3 days after checkout if home is left in the condition it was found and all rental policies are followed.

    All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am check-out).

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Snowbirds, call for Nov-Dec rental of $1050/month including utilities/cable/Internet. Monthly rates for 2 persons, add $100/mo for each additional person. Will accept small dogs during winter months.

This rental home is awesome. I give it only 3 stars for accuracy of property description only because I think the description was down played. The house was WAY more than what was described. There were 4 couples enjoying the home & each couple was impressed with the amenities and the space. The home is very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool was awesome also. The walk to the beach was an easy walk. Our group will definately make this a yearly vacation & this home will be one that we will stay at again & again. The owner was real easy to work with also. Great property.

Pelican's Elbow - Winter Stay

I was fortunate to have been able to spent 7 weeks as a guest in Pelican's Elbow. I found the house clean, comfortable, and fully
equipped for my stay. The location is perfect for walking the beach or the path along scenic rt 98, and of course for biking. Very easy to get to a full list of places to eat or to shop. Any questions or needs were immediately addressed by Ron and I would recommend the
property to anyone who wants to enjoy the "Emerald Coast" and not have concerns about your rental.
