My lovely guest house is 900 SF and located in the back corner of ot he property. The house has a private entrance and large parking area. I am in the southern most section of Cave Creek or the NW corner of Scottsdale. This is a great location if your looking for quite relaxation. However, if you want more...

I am close to Desert Ridge and City North shopping (10 minutes) and not far from Keirland Commons (20 minutes). About 1 hour to Sedona, 2 hours to Flagstaff, 4 hours to the Grand Canyon, 5 hours to Las Vegas.

Great place if your not looking for the hustle and bustle of a hotel but still want to enjoy all Arizona has to offer.

A $200 dollar deposit is required to hold a reservation. The $200 will be applied to your rent which is due upon arrival. There is a required 14 day cancellation policy on reservations if the deposit is to be returned.
Fees And Taxes All taxes are included in nightly or monthly rate. The cleaning fee is an extra fee of $100.
There is a $100 per stay cleaning fee with all rentals and taxes are included in rate.
