Indian Rocks Beach Vacation Rental condo

This condo was everything we had hoped for when booking a short holiday in Florida. The spaces were large and bright and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely - right on the beach with a view of the pool and the well kept grounds below us. The pool area was large and had sufficient lounge chairs for those who were staying in the building that week. The pool area was cleaned and straightened every morning and was in good condition.
You could hear the waves in the condo and that was a treat. The stop for the trolley that went up and down the beach area was right outside the building. We didn't use this service, but it was available.
Grocery stores and restaurants were within a short distance of the condo making it convenient.
Sunsets were beautiful.
This is a very well decorated unit with lovely furnishings. The convenience of the washer and dryer was great. We didn't come home with loads of laundry to do.

The only downsides were the supplies left for us. The supplies of dishwasher soap and handsoap were low as was the toilet paper. We had to purchase more of all of the above.

We would highly recommend this unit to friends. Those who visited with us while we were staying there were very impressed with the space and furnishings.

We would stay there again in a minute.

The owner contacted us half way through our stay just to check that things were as we would have hoped. Nice touch.
