Crystal clear water with sandy, knee-deep shallows ideal for young kids. Great fishing in the lake (northern pike, large and small mouth bass, yellow perch, and more) and nearby trout-filled rivers and streams. Dock, canoe, and beach fire pit for toasting marshmallows. The spacious two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits deep in a wooded lot and features first floor walkout to patio and gorgeous lake views from deck above. Sleeps up to 10 using first floor sleeper sofa. Minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Climb the dunes, paddle a canoe or float on an innertube down the Platte River to Lake Michigan. Golf, shopping, and drive-in movies only minutes away . Less than an hour's drive north to casinos.

Security depost will be refunded within 30-days of rental period end date, less any damages assessed by management after inspection.

Amenities: We have a fully furnished home which includes a side by side refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave oven, washer/dryer, Weber charcoal grill, cable TV, DVD, and a portable radio/CD player. You will need to bring your own linens and towels. Comforters and pillows provided. Activities: There is endless swimming, boating, canoeing, hiking in the national park, biking on the trails and skiing. One canoe available for guest use and rentals available at local businesses. Canoe from the private beach a short distance to the mouth of the Platte River. Area attractions include winery tours, golf, concerts at Interlochen Arts Academy, casinos and shopping.

Area: Less than a mile to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, 10 miles to Sleeping Bear Dunes Climb, 32 miles to downtown Traverse City. 13 miles to Frankfort and Pt. Betsie Lighthouse, 9 miles to Crystal Mtn. for golf.
