My wife and I found this Location great for our vacations. It has all the necessary in one place and it is easy to find transport to visit other places. The location is beautiful.

This studio was, as advertised, right on the beach. The pool area is nice and the access to the beach is terrific. They keep the pool and lobby uber-clean.

The Aparmtent itself was well mantained with a small kitchen with most needed utensils ,two l closet by the entry door where you can store stuff and there is some beach equipment . The room has all basic amenities to be comfortable: reading lights by the bed, confortable futon/couch, free wi-fi and cable TV with many channels to watch. Kitchen had plenty plates/cups/dishes/coffee mugs. With the amenities ,rate, and the location, I'd definitely stay here again.The owner is very nice and super easy to work with, no negative surprises!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Nice place very clean, great communicatin place was way better than expected comfy beds, close to supemarkets and shopping, great tiki bar and pool area. definite coming again

Aventure malheureuse en Floride!

Le Marco Polo est un bon établissement, superbe emplacement sur la plage, belle piscine. Mais le studio est très décevant. La propriétaire n'a pas daigné nous accueillir ni même s'enquérir de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour et pour cause.... Appartement mal entretenu: tringle à rideaux cassée, éclairage défectueux, frigo en mauvais état, portes de placard brinquebalantes, ustensiles de cuisine à revoir (pas de verres, 4 fourchettes pour un studio pouvant coucher 6 personnes, pas de casseroles correctes, pas de plats et j'en passe...). Vu l'emplacement, une voiture est indispensable et le valet parking n'est pas compris dans la location contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur l'annonce de HomeAway. En négociant avec le valet, nous avons payé 33% moins cher!
Attention, cette location ne mérite pas qu'on s'y arrête. Bref, allez voir ailleurs!
