Pet Friendly: We welcome Pets!! In fact, we have a little black lab! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 charged to renters. There are quiet streets nearby to walk your pets. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the beaches without a leash. Printed here for your convenience is the Kill Devil Hills town law as it pertains to pets: Between May 15 and September 15 of each year, no dogs shall be permitted on the public beach between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless being used to aid a handicapped person. At all other times, no dogs shall be permitted on the public beaches except upon a leash and under the control of owner or handler. Please clean up after your pet.

Guest Book: Dear Linda & George, We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at your place in Kill Devil Hills. We rented your condo the week of July 22 to July 29. The pictures on Sun Realty's website, the Sunday check-in, and the virtual tour were what sold us in deciding to rent your condo. The accommodations were perfect and your place is just beautiful! It really felt like home away from home! We felt the location was a good one as we visited places in Nags Head, Manteo, Bodie Island and traveled to Duck one evening to have dinner and just to take a look. The people at Sun Realty couldn't have been nicer and were very gracious in answering our questions. We would definitely consider renting it again if it would be available.
