Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Don't miss your chance to rent this upper-level, end-unit Veranda at Cedar-Hammock. You will enjoy noticeably more space, more windows, and more privacy than with other condos. You will appreciate the added comfort provided by the vaulted ceilings and four high-performance ceiling fans. You will be located near the geographic center of the community, on a quiet street and with serene preserve views. You will receive morning sun on the front veranda, and will receive evening sun on the rear lanai. The rear lanai looks out on the midpoint of the par-five 9th fairway, from where the long hitters will be going for the green in two.

This unit has just been tastefully redecorated with the finest in quality tropical decor. The kitchen has been fully appointed with name-brand appliances, tableware and glassware. About The Owner

Hi - We are Pete and Cindi. We are residents of White Bear Lake, MN. We both work at 3M (Engineer and Chemist). We love the outdoors - hiking, biking, boating, etc. We are water people. When we are in Naples we do a lot of beach walking, and also enjoy renting kayaks at the Isles of Capri Fish House. Pete sometimes goes surf-fishing at the beach. Around Cedar-Hammock you are likely to find us participating in the open tennis programs or walking 9-holes in the afternoon.

Why The Owner chose Cedar Hammock Naples

We rented at Cedar-Hammock a couple of times and decided we will come here for winters once we are both retired. We have several friends in the area.
