This is a very unique property! Ground floor 1,650 sf. condo in downtown Boyne City, on the shores of beautiful Lake Charlevoix in the small (12 unit) Harborage Bay development. We have a HUGE grassy yard as well as a HUGE sandy beach with fire pit. There is a small dock for fishing and a designated swim area. We are literally a 60 second walk to downtown Boyne City, located directly NEXT to the One Water new development (Cafe Sante, anyone?). There are restaurants (including the famous Red Mesa!!), bars and shops in walking distance, as well as several city parks, ice cream and chocolate specialty shops! The Farmer's Market is close by and there are always great activities going on in town - including Friday night 'Stroll the Streets' featuring lots of live outdoor music, balloon twisters, and shop specials all summer long. The property features BEAUTIFUL and expansive sunset views year-round!! The decor is kid-friendly and there is a full toy box. There is a small carpeted room that we call the 'bat cave' which is suitable for kids playing and sleeping. The large dining table is perfect for dining, entertaining and gaming with it's square shape and 8 seats. There are 4 upholstered bar stools which provide additional seating/entertaining options.
We have a pack n play and a highchair and booster seat available upon request.
It is just a five minute drive to Boyne Mountain – 3 championship golf courses and skiing, along with the awesome indoor water park, Avalanche Bay - a trolley service from Boyne Mt. to Downtown BC is available during the ski season.
It is a short 20 minute drive to shopping (and the newly renovated casino) in Petoskey.
Boat, sea-doo, kayak and bike rentals are available nearby, as well as ski and snowboard rentals at Boyne Mountain. Nearby marinas and docks can accommodate your boat.

About The Owner
I was practically raised in Boyne City - I have close family that has lived in town for 25 years. We use the property as much as possible when it's not rented, and thoroughly enjoy all the Boyne and the surrounding areas have to offer.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2003
Why The Owner chose Boyne City
We originally purchased this condo as a single-family vacation home, and had no trouble choosing Boyne as the location. I have been coming here since I was a child.
What makes this condo unique
We enjoy being right in town with the ability to walk (even with the kids!) everywhere. Additionally, we have our own private beach RIGHT there! We can go for days without driving the car.
