Nicely decorated all new furniture and tiled enclosed screened patio. All clients have commented on the location & cleanliness of the unit. Great location. 1326 sq ft, plenty of room. Complex has only 72 units. Clubhouse has a great pool, workout room New Nautilus equipment, big screen TV, pool table, nice kitchen area, meeting rooms, free internet access.Close to golf, beaches, shopping, movies, airport. Wet bar with wine glasses, etc. Very nice club house with all amenities. Go to the beach we provide you with chairs, towels, & a large cooler! Bike path to all areas including to Sanibel. House cleaning is provided bi-weekly but not for laundry. Activities: Golfing, fishing, beach shelling, shopping at outlet stores, great restaurants, movie theaters, boating, kyack,canoeing, biking, nature trails, Disney only 3 hours away. Area: Ft. Myers, Fl. only 30 mins from airport. 5 mins. to Sanibel Island, 10 mins. Ft. Myers Beach.

Disney only 3 hours away. Close to all major shopping, movie theaters, golfing, and hospitals.
