This is a delightful private home. We would love you to visit our condominium any time of the year to enjoy all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. The condominium has an open plan Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen. Lots of bear motifs in the decor!! There are two bedrooms. The downstairs one has a full bathroom and the large loft bedroom, which is enclosed, has a window overlooking the living area. There is also a full bathroom up there. As owners, we really like the loft. The condo is light and bright and we think you will love it just as much as we do. The complex is a mere five-minute drive from the ski slopes. These turn into mountain bike trails in the summer! You take your bike up on the gondola! It is close to the new village in Mammoth Lakes which is very cool and trendy!! Stunning scenery abounds; we are just an hour and a half drive from Yosemite, one of America's most beautiful National Parks.

There is always something going on in Mammoth Lakes. Summer or Winter the place is buzzing!! 4th of July is always great fun - fireworks and fun and two weeks later we have the Jazz Festival. Of course, the Village is just great. It is full of lovely stores and fabulous restaurants and there is usually a concert of some description going on there. Come and visit and just enjoy the fresh air and the unbelievably breathtaking scenery.
