  • Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. Remaining rent plus 11.5% FL tax and $500 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to check in. Damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after checkout if home is left in the condition it was found, and no other rental policy violations have occurred.

    All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out). Home may be available for long-term rental during the Fall/Winter season. Please inquire.
