Our condo just says 'welcome' to the beach, open the door to the patio and you are immediately on vacation. The breaking surf and the expansive beach create the ambiance you have waited to enjoy. Our building is in the heart of Carolina Beach, walking distance to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants but just outside the 'congested' spots. A little Mom and Pop corner store is across the street. Good parking, private access for the beach (a stones throw to the surf) and a nice storage room on the ground (no carrying beach chairs up the stairs). Our living area looks upon the sand dunes and sea grasses, our decor is intended to create the serenity and comfort you require for your complete relaxation while at the beach. Nature provides the music of the surf just by stepping onto your private balcony. Enjoy the shrimp boats in the mornings attracting schools of playful dolphins riding waves in the surf. Many fun activities are available for a jam packed itinerary if you choose busy over just relaxing on the beach. Deep sea fishing, kayaking, Surfing, Buggy bike ridges, Moped rentals, Fort Fisher Museum and state park, North Carolina Aquarium are part of the Pleasure Island (all within 10 minutes.) Take the ferry from Fort Fisher and spend the day in a beautiful historic fishing village, Southport or visit Bald Head Island. Historic downtown Wilmington is a short 25 minute drive with mansions, historic homes, cobblestone streets, shopping and restaurants galore, antique shops, art museums, railroad museum, paddle boat cruise and one of the oldest theatres in the country, Thalian Hall - Wilmington's downtown and riverfront are a real treat. The condos sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed, Full Bed and a Queen sofa bed. Linens are not included so please bring sheets and blankets to snuggle up in as you listen and watch the moon lit waves crash on the beach.

Relaxing & Comfortable

My family stayed here for a week in August. It was our first vacation in along time and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The owners are the best to deal with and the condo was very relaxing and comfortable. We will and can't wait to go back....

Relaxing beachfront vacation home

We have rented this condo for the past two July 4th holidays and plan on returning next year. The accomodations are cozy and the views are amazing. With its own private walkway to the beach, the crowds are non-existent. The town has good restaraunts and is close to historic Wilmington. The price is right for such a great rental.

Wonderful family atmosphere

My family really enjoyed our time here! The view of the beach was fantastic especially in the morning watching the dolphins skip across the water and in the evening for the sunset! We took the children on the beach and searched for crabs by flashlight. All the amenities of home were there which made it very comfortable. We dined very close by and got to watch the fishermen bring in the catch of the day and display them. We found the wholesale fish market there and grilled out some steak and shrimp it was fantastic! We would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a get away and cleansing of the mind and body!

Great place to stay!

My sister, best friend, and I all had a girls weekend at the beach at this great place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in the best location. We loved having our own private walkway to the beach, and sitting on the wonderful deck overlooking moonlit waves. The location is close enough to park the car and not have to drive to get to resturants and nightlife. The condo was well appointed with everything you might need, just bring your clothes and sheets and you will be very comforable. I recommend this place to anyone who wants the comforts of home while on vacation. The worst part was having to leave!!!

Lived up to great expectations!

We stayed here September 2007 and enjoyed every minute. Everything was just as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and daily walks on the beach. If you're looking for a place to regain your serenity--come here! We can't wait to come again.
