Luxury 5BR 3.5BR Villa

As you enter our home through the glass front doors you will see the formal living room and dinning room to your right, as you walk forward the area opens up into the large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and Family room with 50' cable TV, PS3 and IPOD Dock, the main access to the covered pool and lanai are from this room. The bedrooms on the ground floor are a Queen bed with access to the pool and a Twin bedroom, these share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

A separate toilet with wash basin is at the rear of the Family room and this leads to the laundry room with brand new washer & dryer and on into the garage which is now a games room containing pool table, foosball and air hockey (4 bicycles are provided if you fancy a ride around the community and these are kept in the games room).

As you walk up the large open staircase and get to the landing at the top this splits left and right, take a left and you enter the Master Bedroom with balcony access which overlooks the pool, this room also contains a TV, XBOX and Music System.

Window treatments have been added to give the downstairs living areas a more homely feel.

This house was great. It had so much room and we loved the pool and hot tub. Its in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything.

We stayed in this villa in March of 2011.
This was our 4th trip to Florida and the 1st time renting a home.
We will never go back to a hotel. Our kid's ages are 9, 14, and 16, everyone had a wonderful time in this spacious home. Each child had their own bedroom and we still had an extra room for my in-laws to stay in for a few nights. This gated community was clean and well kept, we felt very safe. Great location, one day we went to Cocoa beach and another day to Clearwater beach. We also visited Universal which was only 15 minutes away from the house, very nice to have a pool and heated spa to return to after walking many miles at the park. My kids enjoyed the video games and game room. This home has full kitchen and gas grill to prepare meals so we rarely ate out during our visit to Florida, This is a big savings when staying for an extended period of time.There is a Super Walmart near by to stock up on the groceries. The owners were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I would approve this home for rental to any of my family or friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Florida Holiday 2009

Our family stayed at this villa in May/June 09. Ages ranged from 8 upto mature lady!! The accomodation suited us all, plenty of room for us to spread out, it was clean and well presented. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions before, during and after our stay promptly. Its location was excellent for parks, shops, airport etc. Cumbrian Lakes itself felt very secure and was well maintained. We all thoroughly enjoyed our florida holiday and would recommend this accomodation to our family and friends.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Rent a car and all the parks, attractions, shops and malls are only a few minutes away !

It was our first but certainly not the last time !

Fantastische plaats om te verblijven, deze villa ! Ontspannend zwembad met jacouzy, speelkamer, TV's, geweldige slaapkamer(s), enz... ! Al wat je verlangt en nodig hebt na een spannende dag in Florida !!
Huur een auto en al de attrakties, parken, winkels en supermarkten zijn maar enkele minuten ver !
Ook de eigenaars waren een grote hulp voor onze eerste keer naar de States !
Bedankt Andrew !
Het was onze eerste maar zeker niet de laatste keer !
