Bound to evoke images from Jimmy Buffet's popular song, this house is actually named after one of its owners...Margaritaville...in her own words...What a view!!! Wake up each morning to the sun rising over the Caribbean Sea right out your bedroom window and let the sea lull you to sleep each night. This new private beach house offers all the comforts of your own home along with access to the beach. Search for shells, take long, leisurely walks along the shore and the cliffs of Punta Sur, sleep in, catch up on reading, work on a puzzle or watch a favorite DVD while you let yourself relax and drop out of the world for a while. This is a one bedroom house with a king size bed. The large complete kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals if you choose to do so. Dining area and living room with TV/DVD (for DVDs only, no television service), AC, full bathroom with shower, eco-landscaped front yard.

Nearest Ferry: Isla Mujeres at 3 Miles
Our private beach home is located about 100 feet from the Caribbean Sea. We have patio doors looking out to the ocean so you have an ocean view from anywhere in the house. We also have a large patio on the back with lounge chairs so you can spend your days relaxing right on the ocean. Our house is on a small tropical island which is approximately 5 miles long by 1/2 mile wide. We are about 1 mile from the southern tip of the island and about 3 1/2 miles from the downtown area and North Beach which is the popular beach for tanning and swimming. This is a very laid back island so if you are looking for a place to kick back and get away from the world, you can find that here. The sand is white and the water is absolutely blue.

The best trip my wife and I have had out of 4 trips to Mexico. So laid back you will forget what day or what time it is. Perfect beach house. Watch the sunsets and sunrise from your bedroom or back patio. Fall a sleep and wake up to the ocean. The isle people are very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to planning a trip back to Margaritaville next year. Dont pass this place up .You wont find a nicer place for the money. Trust me we checked out other places when we were there and did not regret our choice. Enjoy!!
