Amenities:
The condo has recently been renovated with new 18-inch ceramic floor tiles throughout, new paint, and new furniture. The dining and living room furniture is glass and rattan where a VCR, DVD and stereo TV is located. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large dresser, TV, lounge chair and a master walk-in closet and bath. The second bedroom has a large armoire with a two twins day bed. We also have a queen-size Aero bed for additional guests. All of the condo is nicely decorated with a seaside beach house theme and all bedding and bath linens are Nautica.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has almost new appliances, and has plenty of counter space and storage. This unit also comes with covered parking and a storage room with plenty of room for bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, etc. An elevator is also available.
Activities:
An 18 hole executive golf course is available, and you will see wonderful wildlife while enjoying your round. There are 6 clay tennis courts and a new racquet club has recently opened. A new pool and gym facility is coming soon. There is boat storage, a 300' fishing pier, and boat ramp on the grounds.
Area:
We are located approx. 1 1/2 hrs. from Disney World, 1/2 hour from Cape Canaveral Space Center and Sabastian State Park is only 3 miles away. From April - October the nesting sea turtles are abundant on our beach across the street which is an amazing viewing experience.
