Designer-decorated and fully furnished in Art Deco Style. Full Ocean views and located right on beautiful Sandy Beach! Marble floors throughout, Open, fully-equipped Kitchen with Granite Countertops, All-Wood Cabinets and Stainless Steel Appliances. Plasma TVs, Wireless Internet, Cable TV. Bedroom #1 has Queen-sized Bedroom and Bedroom #2 has Full/Queen Bed on bottom & Twin bed on top. Living room has beautiful white leather sectional sofa and modern bar for entertainment. Dining Room set seats six. Amenities include Valet Parking, Internet Cafe, Pool and Beach Attendant, Concierge, Gymnasium and Laundry Rooms on all floors. GREAT LOCATION: Within walking distance of famous Eden Roc and Fountainebleu Hotels and Resorts. Great restaurants and nightspots in the immediate area. HOUSE RULES - MAIN LOBBY : HOUSE RULES for the apartment building REQUIRE that all Guest be fully clothed while in the main lobby area. Females must wear bathing-suit coverups or shirts, and Men must wear shirts at all time. Shoes must also be worn at all times, while in the apartment building lobby.

Guests that are wet and/or entering from the pool and beach area MUST use the Pool/Beach Area elevators, rather than the main lobby elevators.

Guests must bring their luggage to the apartment through the service elevator and not through the building lobby, as the could damage the marble floors and is prohibited by the building management.

Guests will be provided with complimentary beach towels, (maximum 4 per day), for use at the pool or beach area. These towels must be returned to the Internet Cafe at the end of the day and must NOT be taken upstairs to the apartment. Guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing or damaged towel.

HOUSE RULES - NO SMOKING: HOUSE RULES for the apartment building and the apartment prohibit smoking or the use or possession of any illegal drugs or paraphernalia. A violation of this provision will constitute grounds for the immediate removal of the tenant/guest from the property, and a default of the rental agreement.

NO PETS are allowed in the apartment or on the premises of the apartment building. A violation of this provision will constitute grounds for the immediate removal of the tenant/guest and a default of the rental agreement.

The apartment building where the condominium is located is part of the Morris Lapidus Historic District in Miami Beach. As a result of this classification, there is currently restoration work being performed on the exterior of the building commencing in the Summer 2014 through Winter 2014. Great stay!

We were very happy with our stay at the Crystal House. Prior to our arrival, we were in contact with the owner and our arrival was flawless. Thanks Maria!! The front desk staff along with the valet staff *Jason, *Jorge and *Diego were fantastic. The penthouse was more than expected. Clean, spacious and a great view of the beach. The kitchen and utensils were a nice plus. We really enjoyed the pool area and Lulu was just wonderful! Private access to the beach was more than convenient for our morning jogs and sun bathing. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about a stay on Miami Beach should first check to see if this property is available. Well worth it!

My husband and son want immediate beach access and I require exceptionally clean accommodations. With this apartment, we were all pleased. Maria & Benny were extremely helpful and generous with time and information. We also thoroughly enjoyed their poolside cabana--so well-appointed and convenient. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Miami Beach area. The price point is very reasonable compared to surrounding properties researched.

Not at all what we expected. Terrible sleeping.

We really feel scammed. Though the common spaces are nice and true to what is shown in pictures, in the case of the 2 bedrooms, the owner shouldn't forget to say that there is no privacy between them, or even that there aren't really 2 bedrooms, as to go into the main bedroom you have to go through the second bedroom first.
To go from the main bedroom, into either of the 2 bathrooms available in the apartment you are also obliged to go through the second bedroom. This made the sleeping quality worse.

The main bedroom is ok, tough the bed in it could be larger. But the second bedroom has the worst bed ever. Not kidding. We had to put the mattress on the floor because the bed was as noisy as we never heard before. It was impossible and frustrating to sleep on it. This room is very small, so we could barely move inside with the mattress on the floor, but ok, that was our choice. Personal opinion: it was a terrible mattress too.

Immediately after we entered the apartment, I wrote an e-mail to the owner, to let her know about our disappointment. I never received any replay about this matter.
If the apartment's bedrooms and bathrooms singular and not insignificant layout were described in homeaway.com, we wouldn't have rented this particular apartment, which by the way, wasn't cheap at all.

It's not my first time renting an apartment through this web page, but it's the first time we feel cheated by clear omission of description of the apartment. When an aspect is normal it's ok not to do any clarification, but in this case, it's clear that they should have made one as it's clearly not a typical or common layout of spaces.
Hope homeaway.com con give us the response that the owner wasn't able to give us.

Owner's Response: We pride ourselves in offering a beautifully decorated, well-kept, clean, spacious, and magnificently located apartment. It's a shame that we have to respond to this review since it is written merely out of ill-will and retaliation. These guests were a problem from the day they checked in, showing a complete disregard for the house rules of the apartment building. They had more people stay in the apartment that were not disclosed or authorized in the rental agreement or the building regulations, resulting in complaints from neighboring apartment owners for their loud noise. When these issues were brought to their attention, the result was this unfavorable review. Our apartment has been listed for rent with Homeaway for almost four years and it rents almost every week, year-round. We have received either 4-star or 5-star ratings from almost EVERY guest that has reviewed our property throughout the past four years! This speaks mountains about the inaccuracy and falsity of this guest's review! Our apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom penthouse apartment. The photographs that appear online are an accurate depiction of the apartment, the ocean views and its furnishings. The two bathrooms are accessible to anyone in the apartment. The queen-sized mattress in the first bedroom is a Serta and the Full/Queen-sized mattress in the second bedroom is a Sealy Posturepedic with a light pillow-top. All of the beds also have comfy comforters, coverlets and blankets. Location and Price are also a plus. Our apartment is located right on the beautiful beach and a couple of blocks (short walking distance) from famous hotels such as the Eden Roc and the Fontainebleau Resorts. Our apartment is very reasonably priced and offers a great value for family travelers. Most of the daily rates for a simple room in any of these neighboring hotels run anywhere between $350 to $600 per night, not including the resort fees, taxes and parking! Our apartment includes valet parking for one automobile, wireless internet, cable TV, access to a fully equipped gymnasium and pool and beach chaises for its guests, all INCLUDED in the rental price! We make every effort to be accessible to all guests since we strive to make their stay at our apartment a pleasant and memorable one.

I endorse all the last review from Lana and Roger M, the apartment is really spacious and clean, the access to the beach AND the beach are superb, the valet parking works pretty well, and the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that really disappointed me and my wife was the mattress from the smaller room. It is comfortable, but too much noisy.

After all, I would recommend this property.
