Paradise found on Marco Island! Our home contains 2,400 square feet of air-conditioned, luxury living space for your vacation enjoyment. The house is centrally located on the waterway close to all amenities including shopping, restaurants, Mackle Park and the crescent white sand beaches - just 1.0 mile to Residents Beach and 2.5 miles to Tigertail Beach or South Beach. The open floor plan features beautiful 15 ft. trayed ceilings and large sliders which disappear into the wall to allow for that outdoor Florida feeling. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private den equipped with a computer, printer and wireless broadband internet access. The focal point of the home is the large heated pool and the view of the waterway beyond the screened lanai. There is also a hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. The house features a formal dining room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
