Great location

This property is well-located and very convenient for visitors to all the usual tourist attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, the city and museums, the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars and Coit Tower.
It is a characterful, pleasant and safe neighbourhood, with convenient shops around the corner. Just a block or two to restaurants. The cable car is at the end of the street and can be heard running frequently.
There's no parking which, in any event is not for the faint-hearted on these 30 degree-angled streets. However, we bought MUNI passes for our stay and got full value from them, as the excellent 45 bus route is just around the corner from the apartment and takes you into Union Square, from where we either walked or took other public transport to all the museums we wanted to see.
The property was as described and was clean and comfy. The two double bedrooms and the spacious living/dining room were excellent for our 5-day stay. However, it could do with de-cluttering. To our way of thinking, there were too many odds and ends left behind in the kitchen and fridge by others. The other places we stayed on this trip had empty fridges.
The owner was friendly and helpful, and present when we arrived to show us the layout of the property.
