La Casita is surrounded by numerous gardens, a vineyard, pond, and a bird atrium with peacocks. It is part of a Retreat Center and has spectacular views of the Sangre de Christo mountains to the East, the red hills of the Barrancas to the West, and adjoins untouched Native American land with grazing buffaloes to the North. The front of La Casita overlooks an enclosed flagstone courtyard with a fountain, weeping willow tree, and dining area. Cedar wood stairs access a lovely rooftop terrace, which can be used for rest and relaxation, exercise, and sun bathing. The peace and tranquility of La Casita is beyond comparison, and the views are simply breathtaking. TERMS & CONDITIONS: La Casita is located in a smoke-free environment and is part of a Retreat Center. The surrounding grounds are exclusive and extremely private with a gated entrance. La Casita accommodates up to 6 people (3 couples). No pets allowed.

A cleaning service is available upon request for an extra $100/cleaning. A credit card imprint will be taken on the arrival date for damage security. A 50% deposit is required upon reservations. The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to reservations for the deposit to be refunded.
