This totally renovated villa includes all new furniture, HD flat screen TV over mantle, new flat screen TV in master bedroom, new pillow top mattresses in guest room, new foam mattress in master bedroom plantation shutters, artwork, bedding, appliances, hardwood floors, tile floors, fully air-conditioned and two fireplaces. A covered lower level garage is convenient to keep the beach furniture and auto out of the hot southern sun.
To make your stay more convenient and fun, a Full Club Membership is included and a full-service management company is convenient to handle check in and out, housekeeping, reservations for activities, bike rentals and tee times and any other questions that you may have.
