An elite, non-smoking property consisting of a large newly furnished five bedroom five bath house and an adjoining two bedroom two bath cottage. This beautiful property is located on the 18th fairway of the prestigious Ocean Golf Course in exclusive Sea Pines Plantation. The property is a short walk to the 'Beach Club.' The beach club has lifeguards on duty, restroom facilities, and a restaurant. This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen with Corian counter tops, an over-sized dining room, and a large gracious living room as well as a large family room. The beautiful master bedroom overlooks the pool/spa and golf course. The cottage has a separate living, dining and kitchen area. A gazebo and furnished patio are ideal for outdoor relaxation by the pool/spa and entertaining. The property is a short walk to the Plantation Golf Club.

I just returned from a trip to this lovely home. We had 8 adults & 5 kids and had tons of room. The house is absolutely fabulous & the pool was fantastic. Very centrally located in Sea Pines. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation! :)
