Watch the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying a glass of wine from our spacious 10th floor balcony! One bedroom, one bath, sleeps four with a Queen size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper. Direct Gulf views from virtually everywhere in the Condo. Large balcony with protective guardrail and comfy chaises. Fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, porcelain tile, and s/s appliances. Cable TV, ceiling fans, and lots of closet space.
Building has been completely renovated with new lobby, re-designed beachside heated pool, billiards room, and on-site state-of-the-art fitness center, beautiful common amenities and more. Laundry facilities are available on-site. Covered parking included! The local Jolley Trolley will take you to downtown Clearwater and back for dining, shopping, and people-watching! Activities:Whether sunbathing on white sandy beaches, diving into a game of beach volleyball, renting a sailboat, taking a dolphin-watching cruise, para sailing, or heading to a mainland museum or concert, there's something to satisfy everyone in Clearwater. Attractions include all types of cruises, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, plus many, many more in St. Pete and Tampa.
