Our Guests Love our location with the quiet beaches, no highrises but close to everything: restaurants, golf, shopping. Play at Regatta Bay or Kelly PlantClose to Everything. The villa has two porches with breathtaking views of the Gulf to the south and Lake Destiny to the north. It has two bedrooms on each floor. Upstairs has one and a half baths with a new Pottery Barn King bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed with full (sleeps 2) on the bottom. Downstairs has a queen bed in the master downstairs and in the second bedroom there is a daybed that has 2 twins (pop up to lay side by side). Our two family rooms also have comfortable queen sleeper sofas.
The villa has two full kitchens (one each floor), service for 12 (at least 6 place setting per kitchen/floor) , complete set of pots and pans (Calphalon upstairs), coffee maker, toaster, blender, small food processor. There are 4 TVs, DVDs, Cable and WIRELESS internet. Linens and towels are provided.
We take PRIDE in owning our villa and have managed the villa ourselves now for 6 years. It is always over the top clean and has alot of extra touches to make it very special for your vacation. You will have ONE POINT of contact, the owners! We live less than one hour away and can help answer any questions you have. We bought this villa 7 years ago and love the location. We get this question a lot. We are on SCENIC Hwy 98, NOT the busy HWY 98. The villa is between the multi million dollar mansions of Destiny by the Sea and the neighborhood Destiny East. In front is the James Lee Park so you have unobstructed views of the GULF!! But, not all villas do. As the villas wind around to #24, you don't have a view - so ask before you rent. Crystal Beach is within a few blocks to the west so you can walk to 790 on the Gulf, The Crabtrap or Camille's for dinner. To the east, Pompano Joe's is within 1/2 mile. The Commons are a half a mile and Outlet mall is 1.5 miles.
Activities: Golf! Shopping! Fishing! Day Spas! Water Parks! Amusement Parks! We have it all. Our beach location is Destin's best. Destiny is a gorgeous setting with walking paths, fishing in the gulf and Lake Destiny. The best golf courses surround Destiny and nearby Destin Harbor is home to some of Florida's best offshore fishing.
