Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout with plush wall to wall carpet and ceramic floor tiles in all wet areas. The villa comprises of 5 large double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and ladies powder room, and it is designed to accommodate up to ten adults.
Our executive family vacation home is built on an oversized south facing premium lot. It is constructed of all concrete block construction and has a Mediterranean style barrel tile roof.
There is a double garage with a remote electric door opener which can be collected from the concierge on arrival. Brick pavers are laid on driveways, patios and the pool decks. The pool deck is situated at the rear of the property and measures 40' x 20' and is fully screened and has 24' x 12' heated swimming pool with fountains, a heated Jacuzzi® spa & featured underwater illumination and ornamental waterfall and fountains. There is a built-in Electric Bar-B-Q at poolside.
We have an immaculate master bedroom with luxurious king-size bed, spacious end suite bathroom. A second master bedroom that offers the same comforts, also with a luxurious king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed while the other two bedrooms both have twin beds. There is even an outside bathroom in the pool area to save you entering the villa to shower after lazing by the pool or enjoying the swimming pool.
Ski:
Adjoining the kitchen there is a pantry and a there is a separate laundry room with a full size automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron located in the utility area next to a ladies powder room.
A home like ours would not be complete without a central vacuum system, smoke alarm, and emergency lighting.

Unlike other villa developments our development is operated like a fine hotel, and offers complete freedom and flexibility, without the usual restrictions associated with a hotel stay. All facilities are on site. The villa comprises of 5 large double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and ladies powder room, and it is designed to accommodate up to ten adults.

When you approach the villa, from the outside you will immediately recognize the superior quality of our home from the elegant front door and its electronic front door entry system, the code is reset after every guest vacates.

The generously proportioned grand room has a spacious sitting area that is also furnished in superior style and features with a very comfortable three-piece suite, consisting of one three seat sofa and two more sumptuous coordinated two seat sofas, a coffee table and, a large screen television with over 120 channels of cable television, DVD/VCR/X Box with games and stereo. We even have a working log fireplace.
The kitchen includes an energy efficient dishwasher, waste disposal unit, ceramic top self cleaning oven and hob, microwave oven, American fridge freezer with filtered water, ice maker, toaster, electric kettle, juicer/blender, and counter tops and a breakfast bar made from Corian®. There is an attractive, large breakfast room with light and airy outlook onto the patio adjoining the kitchen.

There is a 12' high entrance lobby with magnificent columns that lead you into the great room with its cathedral ceiling and spacious living area and the ladies powder room.
We have a beautiful formal dining room comprising a large elegant dining table with table settings or there is the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with everything that you could need for the ultimate family meal, or a quick and simple snack. Choose to eat formally at the dining room table or informal at either the breakfast bar in the kitchen, or the breakfast table, or al-fresco on the table by the pool.
