The Master features a private patio, walk in closet and private bathroom featuring a dual-head shower. The Guest bedroom has a Queen and the Bunk Room features Twin over full bunks for the kids to enjoy a Playstation 2 game console. Taylor's Cottage is located in Rosemary Beach, an upscale village located on scenic 30-A, an 18 mile road that hugs the coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. Along this road, you'll find breath-taking sugar-white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes and a number of communities that fit the relaxed, upscale lifestyle. No high-rise condos here! Rosemary Beach is a village of singular homes and open spaces woven together by lanes and boardwalks. In the Town Center, you'll find restaurants such as Onano, Medusa Rouge, and the Summer Kitchen If you are in a shopping mood, you can find boutique shops such as Gigi's and Flavours of France. Or, if you are just looking to relax, look no further than the Solace Day Spa.
These shops and more are just a minute or two walk from the Cottage. Of course, there are plenty of activities in Rosemary Beach. Just four houses away is the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center, offering top of the line resistance and cardio equipment, along with degreed instructors available for classes in Pilates, tai chi, and more. If tennis is your game, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club includes eight clay courts and professional tennis instruction. On the beach is Sea Oats, a service that offers sun umbrellas, hammocks, sea kayaks and sailboats. If you are so inclined, Rosemary is home to the Bamboo Bicycle company. Here you can rent a bike and explore the entire 18 miles of 30-A (the entire road has a generous bike & walking path). Rosemary Beach has four spectacular community pools. We three houses away from the Sky Pool (a heated and enclosed pool) and within 2-3 minutes walking from the other 3, all spectacular in their own way.
If you decide to venture outside of Rosemary Beach you can find Deep Sea Fishing in Destin or Panama City Beach and the coastal lakes often provide a relaxing opportunity to fish. Just five minutes drive away is Camp Creek Golf Course, a Tom-Fazio designed masterpiece, recently ranked by Golf Week as the 8th best daily fee course in Florida. Additionally, you can find more courses just 20 minutes away in Destin such as San Destin's 5 courses and Regatta Bay. If you decide to get in the car and explore you'll find a plethora of wonderful activities for the kids, restaurants and shopping dotted along 30-A and into Panama City Beach and Destin. All within a half hour drive.
