Light and open floor plan with dinning area, living area, and kitchen counter bar seating. Relax in comfort in this newly furnished tropical home. Property offers 90 ft. step down concrete dockage. There is an exterior wash down shower to cool off after a day in the sun. There is plenty of privacy and parking. Property sleeps 6 guest comfortably. Hammer Point offers clear swimming waters right in our back playground. Relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beautiful bay view from the upstairs deck. Ground level offers seating, lounge chairs, and B-B-Q grill. With the step down dock it's easy to take a swim in the canal or just cast your fishing line. Keep your eyes out for jumping dolphin's or our regularly visiting manatee's.
