Also fishing along the St Joseph River. Summer activities in the city of St. Joseph can be viewed at a web address. Look up under city of Saint Joseph, Mi. Big events are in the month of July which consist of 4th of July fireworks, Art Fair on the Bluff, and also the Venetian Festival.
Southwest Michigan also is considered the fruitbelt of Michigan so there are plenty of places to pick fresh fruit throughout the summer months.
Championship golf courses are also abundant in the area.

Summer festivities occurring through the month of July consist of an art festival, Venetian festival, and 4th of July weekend with fireworks. Area beaches are within 2 miles and also fishing charter packages are available for bookings. Fishing along the St Joseph river and also on the pier along Lake Michigan. Shopping in downtown St Joseph and also fine dining within 2 miles. Downtown Benton Harbor features an art district within 1 mile. Walking distance to a full-line fishing tackle store, Tackle Haven. Also Babe's Lounge.
