The condo is located on the St Joseph River so you have easy access to Lake Michigan by boat if you choose to bring it along with you. If not, you will have easy access to all of the other area attractions. We are located in the downtown Benton Harbor/St Joseph area. We are within 1/2 mile of business loop 94 highway. We are 2 miles away from the area beaches. This 2-bedroom condo has the bedrooms and the full bath upstairs. It features 2-dbl beds in each bedroom. Bedrooms are large, as well are the closets. Downstairs features a very large kitchen and nice size family room for relaxing. Also a walk out patio. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen area.

Activities: While staying at our location, there are an abundance of summer activities you can enjoy. There is access to a Public Boat Launch across the street. Also fishing along the St Joseph River. Summer activities in the city of St. Joseph can be viewed at a web address. Look up under city of Saint Joseph, Mi. Big events are in the month of July which consist of 4th of July fireworks, Art Fair on the Bluff, and also the Venetian Festival. Southwest Michigan also is considered the fruitbelt of Michigan so there are plenty of places to pick fresh fruit throughout the summer months. Championship golf courses are also abundant in the area.

Area: Summer festivities occurring through the month of July consist of an art festival, Venetian festival, and 4th of July weekend with fireworks. Area beaches are within 2 miles and also fishing charter packages are available for bookings. Fishing along the St Joseph river and also on the pier along Lake Michigan. Shopping in downtown St Joseph and also fine dining within 2 miles. Downtown Benton Harbor features an art district within 1 mile. Walking distance to a full-line fishing tackle store, Tackle Haven.
