The property is flat and useful not like many homes in the Poconos! . I have one of the best locations and best set-ups. This is a great area. Skiing is 30 minutes away. There is a lot of snow in the winter time. BR B Amenities: /B BR 1 free bundle of wood for outdoor fire pit. The swimming pool in the community is beautiful. It is Heated and shaped like a Y and has a 2 foot section, a 3 foot section and a 10 foot section with a diving board. There's a lifeguard on duty which is excellent for children. There's also lounge chairs there and 2 canopies for shade. The administration building has recreation room with large TV. Cabin has a stereo with speakers inside and outside. Has a canopy for all weather barbecuing, a horseshoe pit, outdoor fire pit, a microwave oven,27' TV ,VCR and DVD with movies, many outdoor chairs and 2 sheds.

Has utensils, and air conditioning. Must bring own linens and blankets. Bed sizes are 1 full, 1 queen and 2 twin. 6 Pillows included. Also, has new oven, refrigerator, microwave, automatic coffee maker and toaster oven. BR B Activities: /B BR Swimming, Fishing, Horseshoes, Bike riding. Outdoor fire pit. Nearby lakes and fishing abound in this area. Tobyhanna State Park has a free beach and small boat launch. Promiseland Lake 20 minutes. I know of a few natural trout streams with large trout. Many nice restaurants nearby. Check out The French Manor (5 miles away, this is one of the nicest restaurants/inns in the country) Swimming in community. Lake Wallenpaupack allows jet ski's and large motorboats. Lake is the largest man-made lake in Pennsylvania and one of the top attractions in PA! 9 hole golf course is 10 minutes away. Claws and paws zoo is 25 minutes away. Skiing is 25 minutes away. Snowmobiling in community.

BR B Area: /B BR This is a rustic area and near highpoint Poconos. Lake Wallenpaupack 15 minutes away. Many lakes and streams nearby.

Ski: Camelback is 25 mins away. Tanglewood is 20 mins away. Jack Frost and Big boulder is 30 mins away.

Golf: There is a novice 9 hole course 10 mins away with bar and restaurant on site. Mount Airy lodge is a beautiful course reasonably priced (according to my father -in-law, he bragged about it all day!) and is 25 mins away.

Guest Book: Hi Gary! Just wanted you to know we came home last night to avoid driving in the awful heat they predicted for today. We left your cabin shipshape and had the most wonderful week! We're seriously considering buying a place of our own at Breezewood...thanks so very much for renting us your darling cabin!
