This lovely garden flat is situated in Notting Hill Gate. It is five minutes from Portebello Market. In front of this lovely old Victorian house is a private garden for residents and guests only. On one side of this private garden is a play area for children. The flat has two lovely french doors leading out onto a large balcony overlooking the private garden. The livingroom has a 200 year old Victorian working fireplace. The couch pulls out as a bed. The kitchen is newly renovated with dishwasher, washer/dryer and is fully equipped. The bathroom has a deep tub with shower with heated towel rack. The bedroom is very quiet as it facing the back court. The nearest tube station is Notting Hill Gate and right out side the door on Chepstow Road is the bus stop. There is an authentic Italian Restaurant less than one minute away as well as a pub and other quaint restaurants. This flat is full of Victorian features with 14 foot ceilings and well as beautiful coving throughout.
