We are proud to inform you we have 9 condo’s in this building available as vacation rentals. two are three bedroom units and 7 are one bedroom units. Rates offered in a wide range to fit any budge. In addition we have a smaller studio apartment in a near by resort.
We are allowed to feature only one unit with an availability calendar on this site. Because of that we cannot use the calendar feature. Please inquire for availability and preference of room size.
The condo Address is 2440 Kuhio Ave this is the true heart of waikiki’s tourist district. Waikiki beach started expanding out from here and continues to do so now. Today the best shopping, dining and swimming beaches all remain within a couple blocks from here.

This 22nd floor 3 bed room penthouse apartment and 20th floor 3 bed room apertment has over 1000 square feet of living space and two ocean fronting verandahs or lanai's as they are called here.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surfer action on one of Waikiki’s most popular surfing spots, right from the comfort of your lanai! Also don’t miss the spectacular sun sets and the fireworks every friday night. The lanai also looks directly down on the property's swimming pool!
The building is located on the quite side of waikiki. It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quiet, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24 hour security personnel. Walking distance to the famous International Market Place, Kapiolani Park and the world class shopping and dining of Kalakaua Avenue.
The beach is just down the street minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the waikiki trolley stops in front of the building next door.
This three bedroom apartment features a Furo soaking tub in the bathroom also known as a roman tub. The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking up to your neck in hot water. There is an adjacent shower area. The toilet is in its own separate room with a pedestal sink. There is a vanity counter and sink also in the shower/tub area.
The apartment’s three bedrooms are all decorated with different themes. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and Hawaiian jungle decor. Another has a queen size bed with an ocean color and decor. The last one can be opened up to the living area with a shoji screen. It has a tropical decor, two twin beds and a wonderful ocean view verandah. Also there is a futon sleeper sofa and a sofa bed in the living area.
There is a full kitchen with full-size appliances and a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.
The condominium address is 2440 Kuhio Ave Honolulu, HI 96815. Located two very short blocks from Hyatt Regency Hotel on the beach. Directly in front of the Duke Kahanamoku statue on famous Waikiki beach.
The rooms come with high speed Internet, local phone, free for use boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella's beach cooler,sand toys, etc., they are set up for a great beach vacation.

What a great location. Our family of 5 - Dad, Mum and 3 ge boys (20, 17 & 14) all thoroughly enjoyed or stay in unit 2002. It was exactly as presented on this site. It is clean, comfortable and everything works. Merry the owner was extremely helpful. She was always contactable via email or phone and allowed us to check in a few hours early on arrival. She also had a great tip about a local taxi service to book for airport pickup. The unit is only one block from the beach. There is a Food Pantry supermarket a couple of blocks away to help fill the fridge if you want to cook and eat at home on occassion. The added bonus of beach chairs and boogie boards was much appreciated. The free high speed wi-fi was a great bonus. It kept the boys connected. Also we got to watch the last 2 episodes of "Breaking Bad" live thanks to the widescreen TV and pay TV. We can't wait to return at sometime in the future.
The first 3 top reasons I'm buying property here are Location, Location Location. Next most important thing was Central Air - try rare in Waikiki. The other factors in choosing a property that I must have was property location must be quite. No all night party bars nest or near by. No early morning garbage truck noise, or too much street noise. building keyed security elevator and late night key access for entrance lobby. This property is the only one of hundreds to meet even my minimum requirements. The property has many of things from my wish list as well. Things like assigned parking spaces Salt water pool rather then chlorinated pool. Entrance phone outside for visitors to call residents security or building mangers. A Japanese style bath room. A Furo tub/shower,sink is separate. The toilet outside is a separate room
Golf: Parking available, surfboard cage, pool (shared), coin laundry.
