Escape to tranquility. Chalet home with a gorgeous view of 190 acre lake. Our home features upper & lower decks which are great for barbecuing, watching the deer frolic or simply enjoying the sound of the nearby waterfall. The upper deck contains a gas BBQ grill and a large seating area with propane fire pit while the 6 person hot tub is nestled on the patio below. The first floor opens into a cozy game room with 50' rear projection DLP TV, DVD/VCR player, pool table with table tennis conversion top, foosball table, stereo with CD player, 2 bedrooms, full bath and laundry area with (2) stacked washer/dryer units. The second floor boasts our fully equipped kitchen, family room with stone fireplace & vaulted ceiling, 32' LCD TV, video/DVD library with over 200 movies, DVD/VCR player, stereo with CD player, 3 bedrooms & a full bath. We take pride in our meticulously maintained home & provide virtually everything you need to enjoy a peaceful get-away

Our home provides a pool table, table tennis, fireplace, video library with over 200 movies, air conditioning, 2 TVs, 2 DVD/VCR combos, 2 stereos; 1 King, 2 queens, 3 fulls and 2 twins, two full size washer and dryer units, outdoor gas grill, outdoor propane fire pit, outdoor picnic table, foosball table, and a fully equipped kitchen. To add to the relaxation, there's a 6 person hot tub to melt your troubles away. *** Please take a minute and read the reviews. Our guests say it all! ***

Renters must be minimum of 25 years of age to rent. A copy of your driver's license must be provided as proof of age.

Important Notice to Tenants - The association requires a $5 per vehicle registration and trash permit fee (max 5 vehicles) at time of check-in. 8 wrist bands are provided at time of registration which allows you free access to the club house, arcade, beach, pool, playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. These amenities are run by the Home Owner's Association and, as such, their availability is subject to change without notice and are beyond our control. ***** The lake will be drained in 2009 for service so some amenities may not be available during your visit. ***** A large lake with a beach and picnic area is located at nearby Beltzville State Park.

Wow! What a fabulous vacation home this is.....a real gem. This home is beautifully kept and well maintained. The deck is brilliant, hot tub clean and grill user friendly. The area is wonderful for walks and bike rides.
We have rented this home three years in a row, and each year it gets better.
I'm sure you'll love it as well!

It's a perface place for a few family to stay for family fun. There is everything you will need. The kids love to have all the games, specially the tennis court is close to the house. It's vary Convenient for those who love to play tennis.

Great house + great location = great vacation

My family, consisting of 10 adults and 3 children, stayed at this house for a weekend in June 2009. We loved the house and the amenities of the community. Right across from the tennis courts and walking distance to the other community services, our family availed of whatever we could, even in the in climate weather. The house is great! We fit nicely and enjoyed the collection of movies, wireless internet and game room tremendously. The Jacuzzi was also a nice treat! Moreover, the owners are top notch and you can see a lot of care goes into this house. Thank you so much!

This Pocono house was exactly as described. It was very well organized and had everything you could possibly need. The location was very convenient to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. Plenty of table seating for our group of 10. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

I have nothing but positive things to stay about this wonderful vacation rental. It felt more like a home just place to stay. It is filled with amenities for people of all ages children to grandparents.
The video collection is spectacular and the Sega game console took us back to our childhood days. The game selection and sporting equipment was also superb! There were so many fun activities to partake in around the house, you wouldnt have to leave the home to have fun. It was tough for us to walk away from the games and movies to head to the mountains to ski!

The Layout of the establishment is perfect for entertaining adults and children alike. The down stairs game area was big enough for us all to gather and not feel crowded. The upstairs dining area and living room was unbelievable as well. We all were able to sit around the large dining room table and enjoy dinners after long days skiing.

This home is in the perfect location. It was close to multiple ski mountains, shopping and a casino. The traffic was minimal and the people we encountered and the local shops were so kind and helpful.

We have stayed in many different winter rentals and this home is by far our favorite. It has everything you could imagine and more. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun weekend away in the beautiful Poconos.
