View the sunsets at night and beach daily from this 3rd Floor, corner condo. New king pillow top bed in master bedroom and two twins in second bedroom. This newly decorated condo is very upscale with top of the line appointments including a new queen leather sleeper sofa in living room and under-building parking. There is a storage closet beach side and a unique private elevator to beach from balcony. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, heated pool, master bedroom has walk-in closet, and walk-in shower in master bath. Beach chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys and BBQ grill all available in renters storage closet for your use while visiting us! No need to pack or buy them.

Long walks on white sandy beaches. Relaxing at the pool. Suncoast Beach Trolley runs every 30 minutes from condo to Clearwater Beach in one direction and John's Pass Shopping in other direction. Several great restaurants within walking distance.

Indian Rocks Beach - The Community: Indian Rocks Beach is one of the last non-commercial beach towns on the West Coast of Florida. No large hotels, very little traffic. Excellent upscale and mid-scale restaurants. It is comprised on mainly 6-30 unit low rise(no greater than 4 floors) private condos that are well-maintained and typically rentals and winter homes. It is close to St. Petersburg and Tampa and a day-trip away from Orlando Theme Parks.

Other Activities: Shelling, floating the day away in the Gulf of Mexico...

We were very satisfied with the condo – it was clean, comfortable and really well-equipped. One could not lack anything there because everything had been thought of.
Perfect location on the beach and it was easy to get around the Clearwater area with a rental car or with busses.
The DSL modem for High Speed Internet access worked great!

Thank you for taking care of our needs so well.

This is a beautiful condo, a great quiet get away, with a great location, but many of the amenities that were supposed to be included were not. Please check with the owner to be sure you are getting everything describd in the listing. I had no phone or internet during the entire 7-day stay. The owner suggested connecting to the upstairs unit's unsecured wireless access but I could not stay connected for extended periods. Reception was somewhat better down by the pool (but visualization on a laptop is impossible during the bright daylight hours). I had planned a working vacation so this was a major inconvenience and no money was returned for the inconvenience. There was no blow dryer, shampoo, etc. as listed on the advertisement. Also, the realty company, which manages the property, was extremely slow to respond to maintenance requests. This unit is for sale and you must remember to ask them to discontinue the lock box so that realtors cannot just enter the unit unannounced, which they did twice while I was there.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately Verizon has been a problem since we went with their services earlier this year. We have been down multiple times but yet they refuse to credit my account in anyway. Because of the lack of service I got during Dawn's visit we have discontinued our agreement with Verizon and have changed to Brighthouse. The guest that was there after Dawn left stated that the services were perfect and the internet signal was not a problem during their stay. I was sorry that the internet problem happened during her working vacation but I tried in every way to have the problem fixed quickly (which was not mentioned). I even tracked down the owner above me who was hiking in Yosemite to see if there was a password she could use during their stay and spent minimum 6 hours on the phone with verizon trying to get resolution. Anyone who uses Verizon can sympathize with the difficulities of getting anyone on the phone that can help you quickly and efficiently. As far as the management company I can only say that they were in constant communication with me on what was happening with phone/internet service and the other requests that Dawn had. I'm sorry that she felt as though they did not attend to her needs in a quicker fashion.
