This house has just undergone major renovations and we just can't wait to show the off! We have named our cottage “The Jumping Fish” and it won’t be long before you and your guest will be calling it that also. We will start our tour with the back decks, because that is where you will want to spend most of your time. The tri-level deck and bulkhead overlook a beautiful wide lagoon and the 1st fairway of the Tom Fazio Harbor Course. If there is a fisherman in your group, you can be sure this is where they will stay. The decks are comfortably furnished for both lounging and dining.
Now on to the interior of this newly renovated, sun drenched cottage with it’s large living space and beautiful views, lends itself to entertaining groups both large and small.
Guest can relax in the living room; enjoy quiet conversations in the sun room, or stretch out on the spacious decks. Everyone will find their own “favorite place” to enjoy their special vacation at Wild Dunes. The outdoor views are as much a part of the artwork of this cottage as any painting you could hang on the walls.
The open dining room, with its bright striped walls, affords seating for six, with additional seating available in the attached kitchen. Cheerfully decorated, the kitchen, which opens to both the living and dining areas, also with wonderful lagoon and golf course views, features everything the chef in your party could ask for.
The master bedroom, with attached master bath and even more views, offers a king size feather bed – just perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Charleston or a playful day at the beach. The two guest bedrooms share a bath. One guest room has two full size feather beds, while the other guest room has two twin feather beds and a fireplace.
There is also extra space for sleeping on the sleeper sofa located on the sun porch. We take pride in treating our guest as we do in our own home, therefore all beds in the house come complete with 350 thread count cotton sateen sheeting and down pillows.
Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone.
