We have named our home 'Peaceful Abode', due to nature of the property. We are located north of Woodland Park, just forty-five minutes from Co. Springs.
The home sits on 2 plus acres, with hundreds of acres of Pike National Forest, adjoining the backyard (which includes a number of wonderful hiking trails). It is also within a mile of Manitou Lake, which offers a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. It is within a mile of a seven mile biking trail which leads into Woodland Park. There are many birds and wildlife that frequent the property (to include rabbits, squirrels, fox and deer)--if you are very, very lucky you may even see a bear. There are also many birds to include hummingbirds during the summer months.
The home is conveniently located within 45 minutes to an hour of many wonderful tourist attractions. The home is also only an hour and a half from Denver and an hour and a half to two hours to major ski resorts.
It is also located within an hour and a half to white water rafting.

The home is very nice and spacious. It includes three bedrooms and two baths. It has vaulted ceilings and is very open. It includes a full kitchen and has a hot-tub just out the backdoor. The beds are all newer and very comfortable. The beds include a king size bed, a queen size bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa.
