3 Bedrooms + Convertible beds, 2 Baths, spacious living room

This 15-year old house is situated on a beautiful 2,000 square-meter property, which is fully fenced so children can play in the spacious garden. A private swimming pool is available for use (from Memorial Day until mid October). The deck is inviting to sit and relax, or have a BBQ.

From day one, you will enjoy your vacation as if you were in a private house. The house has been beautifully and tastefully furnished, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, towels, books, etc. The dining/living room area can accommodate plenty of guests for a dinner party or BBQ.

Our house is ideally suited for families with children, but also suitable for friends/couples sharing. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet.

There is a bay just 5 minutes from the house, ideal for going to the beach with small children; while the ocean front is just a 10 minute drive away. Several restaurant are available in the near vicinity and the East Hampton town centre is also just 10 minutes away. The best airport to travel to would be JFK in New York, which is about 2h by car.

Wonderful extended Independene Day weekend

My husband, our two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful time in this lovely home. We enjoyed a BBQ on the deck and great fireworks by the bay. The house was clean and well decorated. Would definitely recommend or visit again!
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
