Two refrigerators, two microwaves, two coffee makers, washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, all cooking utensils, outside bar-b-que grill, all linens and fees included in total price. Elevator available for disabled and senior renters. King, two queens, and two twin beds. (Blow up mattresses available.) Sleeps eight extremely comfortably, can easily sleep ten. Three marble gas fireplaces with one that is two-sided to Master and huge Master Bath. Two zoned heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room.
