Full Abalone (full-o-baloney) is a brand new beach cottage located on scenic 30A, less than 100 yards from the brilliant white sand beach and miles away from the high-rise condo crowds. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a gulf-view sundeck, and a party room. It can sleep up to 12 people in comfort. The master suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large TV and home theater system and a walk-out porch. The spacious bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower. Other bedrooms have a king, queen and two bunk beds, plus there are two twin sofa beds in the tower. The tower has a walk-out sundeck with great views of the gulf and sunsets on Oyster Lake next door.

We are located on the north side of 30-A, just across the street from the Dune Allen beach access point and just east of Oyster Lake. You can walk to the shops at Gulf Place or to the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Amenities: The spacious gourmet kitchen has a granite counter and new appliances. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. Other features include free Wi-Fi, a commercial-sized ice machine, wide screen TV, DVD players in all bedrooms and a PlayStation 2 with games.

Activities: Swimming on the sugar-white beach, a nearby golf course, a 17-mile hiking and biking trail that runs past our house and great shopping 5 miles away at the giant outlet mall in Sandestin. Sport fishing and diving is available at Destin Harbor.

Food and fun: Go shopping at the huge outlet mall at Sandestin, eat great seafood at Stinky's Fish Camp, play golf at the Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club or tennis at Sandestin or Seaside, and party at the clubs at Baytowne Warf or at the world-famous Red Bar at nearby Grayton Beach.
