Two bedrooms have king-size beds and the third bedroom has two twins. The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the dining area and living room with tile floors throughout. The living room offers cable TV with VCR, DVD, and CD players, and each bedroom has cable TV. Bed linens and bath towels are included (please bring your own beach towels). References happily provided upon your request. Amenities: The condo features wrap-around balcony overlooking beach, central heat/air conditioning, cable TVs, VCRs, DVD and CD players, phone with answering machine. Fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. Condo is located steps from elevator and handicap parking is available.
Pinnacle Port offers 2 pools, one indoor/outdoor heated), saunas, exercise facility, 4 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, playground, barbeque grills and picnic area, boat docks and launch ramps to Lake Powell, private streets for biking and walking, and bike and beach rentals. Gated security entrance and 24-hour security patrols are provided. Free internet cafe and free wireless internet on-site. Enjoy the shops, restaurants, concerts on the lawn, and church services offered by Downtown Carillon Beach, all within the gate. Additional restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, golf, fishing, and other attractions are just minutes away.
