The cottage is furnished with all kitchen appliances, utensils, microwaves, dishes and bed linens. It has TVs, comfortable furnishings, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunkroom with 2 twins and 2 full beds. Picnic tables, grill, lawn furniture, and large fire pit for evening entertainment are available. Long deck for docking several boats, swimming platform, and 2 rowboats. Sandy beach with gradual slope for children's safe playing. Many private rentals of boats, jet skis and platform boats in area. Close to nice restaurants, sand dunes and fun parks. Just minutes from Traverse City and shopping. Pets are welcome but there is an additional deposit for them. Please keep smoking outside. Garbage is taken care of. Our location is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, kids can ride bikes, go for hikes in the woods or play on the sandy beach. Prefect family get together location. Can handle large or multi families. This is a resort with 3 other smaller cottages.
