TOP FLOOR! Relax in this remodeled beachfront property that overlooks the widest part of one of South Florida's finest beaches. Enjoy views of the beach from every room of this spacious condo.

Large sliding glass doors open to a 22 x 6 foot lanai where you can take in the sea air while looking across the blue water to Sanibel Island and Captiva. This beach is known for it's sunsets and this is the perfect place to watch.

The kitchen boasts a recessed lighted ceiling and has all the amenities of home. You can eat at the solid surface bar which opens up the kitchen to the living room or take your meal to the dining room table that overlooks the beach. The living room has a 46' LED screen TV with Blue Ray DVD and a large comfortable sectional for relaxing.

2 bedrooms featuring king sized beds, LCD screen TV's, and walk-in closets.

Full size laundry room complete with iron and ironing board.

Take the provided cooler and beach chairs to the white sand or relax by the heated pool which also overlooks the beach. Take a walk next door to Pincher's Crab Shack or stroll the other direction to the Outrigger's beachside tiki bar. Across the street you will find shopping and dining at Santini Plaza or take a short ride via the island trolley to downtown Ft Myers Beach featuring the pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just across the bridge to the south is Lovers Key State Park and a few miles farther, enjoy all that Naples has to offer.

We enjoyed extremely being in this condo. It is very tastefully furnished, every thing was clean, the kitchen has all you need - just perfect! And what we'll never forget: the amazing view from the dining room. Wow! Very friendly and reliable owners. Thanks a lot! We'd love staying longer.
