3 BR (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin) 2 BA situated on lush, newly landscaped homesite with circular driveway approximately 650 yards from the beach overlooking Cougar Point golf course. Come home to open, well-appointed, newly furnished living and dining areas with ceiling to floor sliding glass doors bringing the outside in and opening onto a wraparound screened porch. The brand new fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has abundant counter space and also opens to the screened porch and deck. Walk through the rear door and commune with flora and fauna on the 52-foot deck featuring a large gas grill and plenty of seating for relaxing in the midst of moss-covered live oaks, palmettos and pines creating privacy from the neighbors. Master BR opens to deck. Large 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Queen sized sleep sofa in the living room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Spring Break and Easter weeks same as Peak rate.
  • Rates include all charges except 11.5% South Carolina accommodations tax. Note: Entire advance payment of rental is due not less than four (4) weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of $200 is required with all reservations. Security deposit amounts must be received prior to confirmation of the guest reservations. Security deposits are returned promptly after end of rental period. Refunds of advance payments are forfeited if cancellations are less than thirty (30)days prior to the scheduled arrival date. House keys should be picked up at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort front desk; 12 Kiawah Beach Drive, Kiawah Island. Keys should be returned to the same location.

This vacation was a Christmas present
to our kids and our first time to Kiawah. Your home was beautiful. THe new kitchen was amazing! You thought of everything. We were immediately felt at home. Needless to say, we hated to leave. Next time, we may have to stay 2 weeks. The golf, pool, beach, shopping, and dining were wonderful! The kids (28 and 23)said this was the best Christmas present. Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home.

Just came back from our visit to Kiawah and wanted to let you know that we had a great time. The location of the house and all the amenities that it provided were close to perfect. We only had two problems all week. One was an issue with some sugar ants getting into a cupboard. But adding a few ant traps, 'bagging' up some of our remaining food, and getting the resort staff to spray outside the house seemed to resolve this. Also, one of the showers never did seem to have enough hot water, but that seemed pretty minor as we all enjoyed the week thoroughly.

My family rented this house during June 2007 and immediately fell in love with it. It has a newly renovated kitchen that was the dream of my young niece who aspires to be another Paula Deen! We have gone to the beach for more than 25 years for a combined family vacation. And, without a doubt, this was the best place we've rented. There was plenty of space for each of us and the lay-out of the house allowed different activites to be going on without disturbing other family members. The bedrooms are separated from the living areas so as to allow the early risers not to disturb those of us who like to sleep in. This property also has resort amenities which means we received daily towel service and trash removal. Also, we were able to use the Night Heron Park pool and other facilities as well. We are already planning our vacation for this summer and plan on returning to Jasmine House.

Our family stayed for one week in July. The house was perfect for a family with seven people staying. The house is very roomy and the porch is wonderful no matter how hot...the fan makes it very nice. It was nice to have a nice home to stay in with all the animaties of home and still be on vacation. I would stay here again!
