This resort-style community is located just minutes from Disney’s main gate, entertainment, shopping, restaurants and much more! Enjoy two resort style Swimming Pools (one heated), Splash Pad, Basketball Court, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Ping Pong, Fuss Ball, Playground, Picnic Area and Tennis Courts.

This beautifully decorated condo with new hardwood floors, features a beautiful water view w/balcony, full kitchen, (including microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) There is a washer and dryer in separate laundry room in the condo. Free high speed Wireless Internet, internet compatible 42 inch flatscreen TV gets complete cable viewing. Free long distance phone service helps you save your cell phone minutes. All these amenities will make your stay comfortable, convenient and entertaining!

The king size bed patterned after the Westin Hotel's 'heavenly bed' will help you sleep well and get plenty of rest for the relaxing activities at Legacy Dunes or for visiting the theme parks and other recreational parks or a drive to the beach!

In the living area there are two full-size futons with innerspring mattresses, providing extremely comfortable sleeping accommodations for additional guests (whether they be adults or children). The futons provide wonderful seating for visiting or watching the internet compatible VIZIO TV!

Luxury hotel linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels for relaxing by the pools. A new pack 'n play and high chair are available for the babies and toddlers.

Watching the ducks swim on the lake, while eating at the beautiful dining set makes your stay extra special and relaxing. The view of beautiful pines off the airy balcony create a mountain-like feel by the lake. Being on the second floor and on the corner make the view extra special!

Better than the pictures!! Clean, beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable! my husband had to pull me away from it every morning and drag me away the last day. Quiet and secure location. Perfect area for Disney and universal. Vickie is so sweet and keeps great communication. There are too many great things to say about this property.

Quiet and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and well equipped condominium. It's so quiet and comfortable that I slept like a baby in the spacious king size bed. Yet, you are close to Disney and other attractions and three or more quality golf courses. The owners were so accomodating that we feel we know them personally although we communicated by e mail only (and one phone call). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando. This condo was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new hardwood floors. They look great! The condo was very clean and felt like home. The kids loved sleeping on the pull out futons. Vicki was wonderful to work with, always there to answer any question. She was even kind enough to call shortly after we arrived to see how we were and if we had any questions. We were close to Disney and many shops. We had such a great experience we will definitely stay here again when we travel to Florida. Many thanks to Vicki for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. They have the most beautiful decor and the hardwood floors are gorgeous! I felt spoiled as the king sized bed was like sleeping in a 5 star resort. Legacy Dunes is near all Disney parks and attractions in Orlando and at night you can see the fireworks from the screened in porch. You are also near outlets, Target, restaurants and anything you could imagine needing. If you have a rain day or need a day to relax from running, Vicki has provided games and family movies to accommodate. I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. She was so nice to work with and answered any question I had and dealt immediately with problems we had with keys. Thanks for having us and I will be calling again the next time I travel to Orlando.
