The Oakland North is fully furnished with all bed and bath linens. The large kitchen has Frigidaire Gallery Series stainless steel appliances including a 22 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, free standing range with gas cook top and electric oven, Spacesaver microwave and programmable dishwasher. The kitchen also has an abundance of cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. There is a dining table in the kitchen that seats six, a table in the great room that seats five and a table on the back deck that seats six. The first floor offers a spacious open floor plan which is great for relaxing and socializing. The large, private back deck is just off the kitchen and has a Weber Genesis Silver Series natural gas grill so you do not have to hassle with changing a propane tank right in the middle of cooking your dinner.

There is a spacious shared front porch and patio which offers beautiful lake and sunset views as well as great people watching. Other amenities include a dual, zoned central air conditioning system, cable TV with two color TVs and DVD/VCR players, full size washer and dryer, and two dedicated off-street parking spaces.
