Each of the rooms on the second floor offer individually controlled heat and air conditioning units for your complete comfort. The second floor rooms offer a private entrance from a 2nd floor deck. The master suite on the first floor has a queen size four-poster bed and sitting area. The den has a queen size futon. There is one full bathroom on the first floor. Extra blankets and pillows are in each bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, gas stovetop and oven, and in-kitchen seating for 4-6.

A small, but cozy, sun porch is attached to the kitchen – great place for quite reading! The dining room offers additional seating for 8 and leads into both the den and the living room. The den offers you a relaxing, comfortable place for family gatherings to listen to music on the stereo system, watch TV (cable & DVD/Video), surf the Internet (high speed Internet/wireless connections available), or to play games (books and family games provided). Washer & dryer is located on the first floor. Enjoy barbecuing on the gas-grill in the back yard or lounge on the lawn furniture and just soak up the sounds and smells of ‘ole New England in the summer as the children play in the yard.
