This delightful, four-bedroom/three-bath beach home is a fabulous family vacation rental! Light, airy, and beautifully decorated, it boasts 2 living rooms and four separate living levels for ample privacy. Perfect for 2 families! The house has a modern, well-appointed kitchen and three refrigerators on various levels -- one small plus two apartment-size. There is off-street parking for three cars. The house is set back from the street, and has a lovely private yard with a large picnic table and an additional covered, outdoor area. Dine outside under the stars or inside. There is comfortable seating for ten guests both inside and out. Select your own entertainment from the seven TVs -- all with VCRs! There are two living rooms -- one with a wet bar -- for added privacy and great entertaining options. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen-size bed; and one of the living rooms has a queen-size sleep sofa. The bedrooms are located on three separate floors for added privacy.

The home was in very poor condition. The rugs were filthy (stains everywhere) and the overall apperance was dirty. Decorations and ceiling fans were covered in dust, shower curtain with mold and furniture in living room is white and not very clean. The beds are advertised as queen but only 1 was really a queen and not very comfortable. Overall it was a very poor experience for my family, if we would of had a choice we would not have even stayed in this home .
Owner's Response: I regret that this guest had a bad experience. Beginning this summer (2009),I have the carpets and upholstery cleaned monthly during the prime rental season and have instructed the cleaners to go beyond the standard weekly cleaning in order to keep the house in top condition.
