Beautiful fully furnished Builder Model Condo. 3 Bedrooms each with it's own full bath easily sleeps 8-10 people. Covered parking to a secure door and elevator. 2 Patios with views to the beach and the Bay. Rooftop pool also has an awesome view of the beach, the bay and the evening sunsets. Walking distance to some of Ocean City's best restaurants, pubs, and dance clubs.

Right across from the Route 90 entrance to Ocean City for easy access and departure.

A beautiful well kept condo Ocean side, less than 100 yards from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Condo assn. ordinance prohibits disturbances after 10 PM. Any disturbance that requires a neighboring owner to contact police or security, the responsible party will face immediate eviction with no refunds. May seem a little harsh but we want everyone to enjoy their stay.

This condo was absolutely fabulous! The entire condo was well kept and suited our needs perfectly. The master bedroom is gorgeous! The rooms were spacious and clean. The patio was spacious, had really nice and comfortable furniture to relax on. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the condo and the owner was a pleasure to deal with! Very prompt and got back to me very quickly. I would recommend this condo to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. The condo is decorated in warm beautiful furnishings for comfort and convenience. The fireplace was helpful and cozy on the cool nights. We will select this property again when we visit Ocean City.

Nice Property

Very nice property, clean and attractively decorated. We had six adults and a baby in our group and there was more than adequate room, with some to spare. Close proximity to the beach and several eateries. No real view due to being on 1st floor above parking garage, but a nice sized deck to sit on. Pool closed for the season, who knew it would hit almost 90 degrees for Sunfest! No problem getting security deposit back. We all agreed that we would stay here again.
